Return Policy
Return Requirements:
- Items cannot be worn, washed or altered.
- items cannot have smoke smell, makeup stains or deodorant marks.
- items must have tags still attached if applicable.
- Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Any time a coupon/discount of 25% off or greater was used on the order.
*** No exceptions or exchanges.
*** Gift Cards can’t be returned or refunded.

In order to receive Store Credit: Your item must be received or postmarked within 14 days from the date you order was placed.
In order to receive a Refund: Your item must be received or postmarked within 7 days of the of the order date to receive a full refund.
A return label will be sent upon request, or you can use your own shipping label. If a return label is sent to you the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Processing Time Frame:
- Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business for it to be processed.
- If a return is received without specifying a refund or store credit, store credit will be automatically given.

Defective Items:
- Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt, If you believe you have received something defective please contact us at contactwhitemagnolia@gmail.com with the photos of the item within 3 days of order receipt so we can address the issue.
- If it has been longer than 3 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for replacement.

Order Cancellation or Changes:
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.
